How do you get started on that journey and is the IP you have worth commercializing?

In this session we work with you to determine what IP you have and brainstorm the business /product ideas you could develop, and help you flesh out the process you’d need to undertake to achieve commercialization of your IP and actually make money from it. Confirming whether an idea has real commercial viability or not, is the first step to complete before you start putting a lot of money and effort behind it.

The outcome of this process is to identify:

• How you IP can be turned into a saleable product.
• Who will want to buy your product/services.
• What technology you’ll need to have in place to run it and market it. What type of costs you’ll need to outlay and confirm before you can set a price point, build and sell your product
• Information that you’ll need to gather before you’re ready to get quotes from suppliers, developers etc.

We’ll help you create a list of the things you need to address now, things you need to work on in more depth to determine the best way forward, the short-term and the longer-term goals and the eventual desired end goal (vision) for your business (everything we discuss with our clients is confidential. This is a 3 Hour session delivered Online or as a Face to Face Meeting at the Foundational Business Centre Rouse Hill, with our Managing Director and a SAAS Commercialization Specialist and includes our report of key findings and recommendations sent to you via email after the session, to help you remember the discussion and any suggested actions and referral services that can help you with your journey forward.
