Confirming whether an idea has real commercial viability or not, is the first step to complete before you start putting a lot of money and effort behind it.
The outcome of this process is to identify:
- How you IP can be turned into a saleable product.
- Who will want to buy your product/services.
- What technology you’ll need to have in place to run it and market it. What type of costs you’ll need to outlay and confirm before you can set a price point, build and sell your product
- Information that you’ll need to gather before you’re ready to get quotes from suppliers, developers etc.
We’ll help you create a list of the things you need to address now, things you need to work on in more depth to determine the best way forward, the short-term and the longer-term goals and the eventual desired end goal (vision) for your business (everything we discuss with our clients is confidential.
